The fuel return (is 5/16" hose) and the vent / rollover is 1/4" hose. Note that the TJ's don't have a return fuel since the fuel rail regulates the pressure. In our YJ's, excess fuel is piped back into the tank. This is another reason why it is good to have more pickups so return fuel isn't splashing the RCI pickup pipe. There are 2 connections on the fuel tank sender unit. I'm guessing the larger line goes to the fuel pump and the small line is the return line. Where does the return line originate from in the engine compartment. I know there are 2 hard line along frame but not sure where to hook up the return in engine area. Just forward of the fuel tank, the line makes several sharp bends and also changes from rubber to metal line. 9 times out of 10, the leak is at this point.
